After happy hour, I escort you to your dining room and pour you a glass of sauvignon blanc. Waiting on the table is your first course- an heirloom tomato tartine stuffed to the brim with goat cheese atop a flaky, buttery crust. The table is set and the menu for the night is on your plate.
