I’m not a regular chef, I’m a cool chef.
I am Alana Courtois, a devoted chef whose passion lies in creating dishes that embody the ephemeral beauty and flavors of life itself.
My journey into the culinary world began when my Greek mother would devote days to holiday cooking. Joyous in the kitchen (with a small hint of martyrdom) she knew that she was a captivating kitchen witch. Well, at least I did.
By five, I was shaping play-doh into elaborate food creations and by twelve, I had progressed to hosting renegade picnics, complete with elaborate charcuterie boards and chocolate cakes.
These early experiences ignited a lifelong love for food and its power to bring people together.
